U-23 Support Ticket

On the day of the show, guests aged 23 or under who purchased a ticket can get ¥2,000 cash back.
To receive it, please show a valid ID that proves your age at the Cash Back Counter at the venue.

This offer is only for guests 23 or younger on the day of the show who have a ticket for the performance.

For customers holding tickets for the performance on Saturday, April 4, 2026:Only those born on or after April 3, 2002 are eligible.

For customers holding tickets for the performance on Sunday, April 5, 2026:Only those born on or after April 4, 2002 are eligible.

Customers wishing to receive a cashback must purchase a ticket and bring a valid ID that can verify their age.
Please note that if your age cannot be verified or if you forget to bring your ID, you will not be eligible for the cashback.
Also, we cannot accept copies or photos of your ID. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Cashback cannot be claimed by a proxy. The person receiving the cashback must come to the counter in person.
  • Cashback procedures cannot be completed after the live performance. Please complete the process at the counter before entering the venue.
  • Only customers who attend the venue on the day of the performance are eligible for cashback. Cashback after the conclusion of the event cannot be provided.

Welfare Service

[For Domestic Guests]
Guests with a disability certificate will receive a ¥2,000 cashback at the venue on the day of the event, deducted from the ticket they purchased.
(This applies only to the individual holding one of the following certificates: Physical Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, or Mental Disability Welfare Certificate.)

  • Please bring one of the above certificates with you to the venue on the day of the event.

Cashback will be available only to those who attend the event in person on the day. Please note that cashback will not be provided to those who do not bring their identification on the day of the event.

[For International Guests]
